Central Location and Friendly Staff
central location helpful staff free beverages
the location was central it made exploring very easy the staff were friendly and helpful at all times I appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my bags after checkout. The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch and i liked that it was available all day. Having sweets available in reception was another appreciated detail.
the room was somewhat small for my liking it made moving around a little difficult.

the reception staff were available 24 hours a day ensuring someone was always there to assist I found this reassuring especially as a solo traveler the staff were consistently helpful. They readily provided information and assistance with any queries I had.

the hotel offered complimentary coffee tea and water in the lobby a very practical amenity I liked. There was also a luggage storage service available this was helpful for storing bags before check-in or after check-out without problems.

pastries were available in the lobby during tea time this provided a nice treat during the day I enjoyed. The breakfast buffet included various options like cheeses sliced meats and warm dishes always refilled and with fresh ingredients.

cramped shower temperature control
The room felt smaller than expected, especially the bathroom. i'm not a big person. but the shower felt really cramped! also. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. It was hard to get the temperature just right. it was either too cold or not cold enough, and i couldn't find a comfortable setting. the temperature control was a frustrating experience

My room, the Superior Double Room, included a safe. I found tea and coffee available in reception. The hotel provided sweets in reception. I could help myself. I received a kettle for the room upon request.
The walls are thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway, though it wasn't too bad.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and pretty, a testament to their commitment to ecology.
The room was quite noisy. Street sounds were audible until morning hours. I experienced some difficulty sleeping adequately.

a romantic getaway
city centre friendly staff free replenishment
i adored the central city location close to shops the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. it had a lovely little bar in the lobby that gave us free water coffee and tea all day. we could leave our baggage after checkout and borrow umbrellas for the beach.
the room service was not perfect but i didn't mind much as it was only a minor thing.

the breakfast had diverse options with quality products available each morning it included fresh pastries and a selection of local cheeses. they refilled the coffee machine and water dispenser often to ensure we had beverages.
